Why we exist

To assist those affected by mental health through education, awareness, support, and collaboration.

In all activities we champion mental health.

To work together collaboratively in an effort to address concerns such as access to care, crisis intervention, education, and stigma.

What we do

Provide and arena for local providers to network and educate one another on their individual facilities and the services that they provide to the community.

Assist one another by sharing information regarding resources and support available on a local, state and national level.

Provide education on issues regarding stigma and discrimination to increase community understanding and acceptance, and improve the quality of care for those with mental illness.

What is Mental Health?

Our mental health impacts the way a person is able to think, act, and feel. It includes an individual’s emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Taking care of one’s mental health may influence the way the person is able to manage stress, interact with others, cope with intense emotions, and make healthy choices.
